The machine uses 4 nozzles perpendicular to the roller conveyor direction.

2 above and 2 below the object to be sprayed.

The nozzles all spray in a dragging motion.

The multiple beams or plates can be placed next to each other. If there is space between the parts, no spraying is done here You can choose from 3 standard patterns.

1 Plate. only one nozzle above and below sprays and only the side is sprayed by the second nozzle

2 corner profile. spray both nozzles

3 H profile. the nozzles only spray in the back stroke the shadow side of the H profile by dividing the height and spraying this all and the beginning and end of the profile.
